What Our Patients Can Expect From The Practice

  • To be greeted in a warm and friendly manner and treated with respects at all times.
  • The practice will be clean and comfortable.
  • To be offered advice and information relevant to their own problem.
  • Confidentiality at all times.
  • To be referred to an appropriate specialist when necessary.
  • Patients with emergencies will be offered an appointment within 24 hours, those with less urgent problems will be seen within 72 hours.
  • To be seen as near as possible to their appointment time; if there is a delay patients will be told.
  • Any complaints will be treated reasonably by the practice.


What the Practice Expects From Our Patients

  • To be courteous to all members of the practice team.
  • To value their personal dental health and therefore take advice from the dental team and attend for dental check-ups at appropriate intervals.
  • To keep appointments and attend on time.
  • To give reasonable notice if they are unable to keep an appointment so that someone else can be seen in their place.
  • To be prepared to pay for treatments when asked to do so.
  • To respect the need for members of the team to have adequate tie off for both training and holiday.
